ShopSafe is intented as a top-level trust and safety umbrella programme, equivalent to Google's Trust & Safety or Amazon's Consumer Trust. It covers product quality and safety, but also other consumer-relevant issues that affect trust, such as frauds and scams, IP protection, etc.

The Transparency Centre is a standalone destination separate from ShopSafe. It is linked from Our Standards & Policies. It serves regulators, journalists and external parties seeking information on SHEIN's compliancewith specific reporting requirements such as DSA, as well as other relevant transparency reporting.
