Review: I bought a few satin skirt to try and this was the best in flow and feel by far. It is indeed silky and is the only one in keeping. It is very comfortable. Love. My measurements below correct. I consider it I can go a M because of the relaxed fit but tall chance that M be tight. This looks nice anyway, so will keep.
