Review: Material is just the plastic outer fabric, no liner, definitely just a windbreaker, it will not keep you warm. I haven't worn it in the rain yet so I’m not sure how waterproof it is, it seems like it would hold up to a light shower though. Material is stiff and doesn't have any stretch. It is true to size but go up if you're worried about that.
